Our "HR on retainer Elite package" is a monthly programme that includes:
 
A weekly and scheduled virtual meeting to discuss immediate needs and issues to priotise within your organisation. This can be carried out via video zoom/skype conference call or by phone call (at the clients preference) 
A dedicated HR partner, 10 hours (monthly) of relevant HR tasks. This is a built - in support system, specifically designed for you; providing advice, coaching, email support, actions plans and follow ups.
Support to deal with issues that have arisen unexpectedly and need immediate attention.
 HR and employment law compliance
Advice and assitance for key areas such as; disciplinary hearings, grievances, absence management, to name a few. employee engagements, performance reviews and more. 
2 on site visits per year (for 12 month retainers)
Additional hours are at a reduced rate if above 10 hours
 
One of the best features of our Elite 'on retainer' package is that we do not request our clients to buy into a 12 month commitment. Monthly payments are possible, with the freedom to leave at any time by giving us 30 days notice.
